Introduction

 The movie i am trying to make is an action/humorous film as the basic genre convections in the movie will include chasing, running, suspenseful but funny background music and characters that will be playing the good guys and the bad guys though, the opening sequences in other films of my genre are usually intense and forcing to the audience. The opening sequence reveal meaning and tone by not revealing so much because in opening sequences, the background music or non-diegetic noise will mostly or always will be up-bringing since the audience would hear this fast paced and intense music as well as showing the opening sequence itself to signify that the tone is serious but a little humorous. The amount of action that is shown in 2 minutes are represented by these, (Sources, Reddit or Google) 

Besides that, the settings or locations of other films in my genre are usually produced in big cities or a high tech structure where it holds weapons and plans to figure out who is the bad guy or target they need to look for or aware of which is often shot in the middle or semi middle part of the movie. The intended audience for my film are people who enjoy a good laugh but also have scenery during the duration of the film and plot of my film which i will try to make them watch by introducing them a part of the plot of my film to get them noticed on what it is about (Partially) and then evoke some interest especially to those that enjoy scenery but also a good laugh that they do with other films they watched in the past. The titles in films of my genre are mostly exploded or forced onto the screen as if it was thrown to the audience since it signifies how persistent and fast paced these type of films are but for information i need to include in my title isnt much as i can use background noise while displaying the title a little violently to give the audience an idea of what this film will be about. Different social groups in my genre are usually represented by showing shots of a person and remain focused on a character or group for at least 10 minutes or so, to introduce the characters of the film to have the audience get the idea of what they do or what they are like while it does the same thing to other characters or groups of people so it can interest the plot but also the film itself to see how each group will be brought in the film.

Extraterrestrial creatures rely on their acute hearing to track down their prey (hence the name “A quiet place”). The main themes of this film are sacrifice, compassion, and the power of humanity.

Some people might ask how this “A Quiet Place Day One” appeals to its audience and what does it need to fulfill it, or “how is the story told and what roles do the characters play”. “A Quiet Place Day One” appeals to its audience by making the audience feel like they are in the film. They fulfill this by having the characters do one action encouraging the audience to do the same. The movie is told through the characters view as the characters are victims to the alien. 
 
To start this, an example of cross-media convergence the film “A Quiet Place: Day one” used, were announcing a game for it as it is currently being in development to further spread the news of the recent film for “A Quiet Place: Day One” and also being “promoted” in an ad for Universal studios to not only show the audience the new film but also a new attraction of kind related to “A Quiet Place: Day One”. An example for technological convergence from the film is the plot to serve as the “first part” before its other parts like the “A Quiet place part 1” and 2 since with Quiet place: Day one, it includes and show the origin of the aliens that first appeared on earth unlike the other films that showed the aliens wandering around earth but now how they first appeared which was the audience wanted to those that were interested in the Franchise but as of now, the film is available on platforms such as Fandango, Amazon Prime, Paramount and other platforms for the audience to watch as Quiet Place Day One is the prequel to its other 2 films. An example of synergy to make the film “A Quiet Place: Day one” were companies such as Paramount Pictures, Platinum Dunes, and Sunday Night that all worked together to create the film that instead of another part, it is a prequel to the other 2 films that the Franchise offers.  

Conclusion: In Conclusion, the film “A Quit Place: Day one” achieved its success by instead of continuing the plot with aliens still invading earth, this prequel takes time back, like in the name, but this film presents the very first day when the aliens invaded the plant which evoked more curiosity to the audience since many of them were impacted to be interested in the franchise which made their mindset to figure out the “lore” or answer of how and why these aliens invaded earth in the first place and what are they exactly? Which the audience would see based on the prequel of “Quiet Place: Day one” and because of this unique plot and storyline in this film, it has a 86% rating on Rotten Tomato and on its opening day, it made about $40 to $50 million dollars though, the challenges of producing the film was the director being overwhelmed with ideas that he could’ve used to produce the film which he had a hard time to focus.
